“The smell of the entire place was off putting. I think the carpets need to be deep cleaned and maintained daily. The guest room was decorated very cute, but it wasn't very clean. There was dust all along the inside of the bed rail and crumbs and debris under the furniture. The bake shop was a cute addition. Dinner at the Tavern was quaint, but the steak was full of grizzle. “I bought hamburgers for the family at Buckets. The sandwiches arrived cold when I asked to exchange them. The employee mocked, smiled, and took 6 minutes to return the food. And when the snack arrived, he had burnt the bacon.”

“The property was nice, clean, and had a variety of sitting areas. The Wi-Fi in the fitness areas was almost non-existent and connectivity was limited. The history of the hotel and surrounding buildings was fascinating and the educational information/displays provided was very informative.”
